Curlew Cottage Holiday Home in Newgale
Curlew Cottage is set in a wonderful spot above Newgale beach and offers stunning views over the bay and out to sea. This semi-detached house has been renovated throughout and finished to a high standard; the spacious lounge offers a TV area and a cosy snug around the wood burning stove for those chillier evenings, while the modern, fitted kitchen is arched to the dining room, perfect for family meals with small children’s area to relax; French doors open to the enclosed, landscaped garden with several paved terraces, hot tub, built-in barbecue and decked area where you can sit and enjoy fine views to the sea or over the green hills to the rear while you dine alfresco. Stairs from the lounge lead up to the cosy bedrooms above, 3 of which offer wonderful sea views. The master bedroom opens out to a roof terrace where you can relax with a glass of wine while you soak up the stunning sunsets, steps lead down to the landscaped garden. The highlight though must be the hot tub, what better way to soothe aching muscles after exploring the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path than soaking in the bubbles while the sun slowly sinks across St Brides Bay.
A short downhill walk takes you to the wonderful, long sandy beach, popular with surfers both professional and beginners alike. There is a surf hire centre for lessons and equipment, as well as a beachside pub and 2 cafes in Newgale. Explore the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, a great way to really appreciate the beauty of this stunning coastline. To the west lies the picturesque harbour village of Solva with a selection of pubs, restaurants, shops and galleries to wander, or a little further on is the tiny city of St Davids, it's Cathedral and Bishops Palace are well worth a visit. To the east lies the beautiful beaches of Nolton, a beach horse back ride should not be missed, as well as the coastal villages of Broad Haven and Little Haven.

Fantastic spot. We all enjoyed ourselves. Loads to do from surfing to just relaxing . A land line would be useful.
